Nietos & Associates has taken great pains to make sure our customers have the ability to reach a member of our customer service staff when they need them. In addition, we have provided them with various methods in which to contact us in an effort to make communications as easy as possible.

Let’s take a look at some of the methods available and the advantages each presents.

ONLINE CHAT

This is a great option and our suggested way of contacting us. The online chat allows you to speak “live” to someone while not tying up your phone line. This is an excellent choice for multi-taskers. You can communicate with our reps and conduct a separate unrelated phone conversation at the same time. Or work on an important report. The online chat gives you the freedom to stay productive and resolve your issues simultaneously.

EMAIL

E-mail is great for those times when you do not require immediate assistance. If you just have a general question and can wait for a response, this is the way to go. It also gives you a record of your communications for future reference or proof of contact.

The e-mail communications are handled through your online account with us. You will be given a blank form to complete with your contact information and inquiry specifics. The e-mail contact option on our site is quick and easy. Then simply click the send option and our reps will be waiting on the other to address your question. These items are handled in the order they are received and response times will vary depending on the amount of research required to resolve your issue.

TELEPHONE

Some people simply prefer to call and speak to someone directly. All of our calls are answered in the order they are received and we have adequate staff on standby to handle incoming calls. The phone option is great when your problem is a bit more complex and the online chat would not be as efficient in relaying the specifics. Our staff works diligently to get you the answers you seek as quickly as possible.

Regardless of the method you choose, please remember to have your account number on hand to facilitate your requests.

As with any service related industry, some days may be busier than others and though we strive to handle all communications as quickly as possible, some delays may be experienced. We do our best to minimize those occurrences and appreciate our clients’ patience during those periods.

During these busier times, online chat is usually your best option for faster responses.
