Photographs of the outer packaging are taken and are included with the notification of delivery sent to your online account inbox. You then provide us with instructions on how you would like to have the package forwarded and the address you would like it sent.

Creating an account is very easy.

  • Complete a 1583 form from USPS with required documentation
  • Note your agreement to our terms and conditions
  • Email the 1583 forms along with the proof of ID required

You are able to shop any online site even if they do not ship internationally because you now have a US address at your disposal. When you place your order just enter your new address in the “ship to” information. Your package will be received at our location and will be photographed. You will receive immediate notifications of its arrival. Through your online account, you can instruct us on what carrier and method you would like to use to forward the package. You will also need to confirm the forwarding address. If there are any issues or problems, you will be promptly notified. We can also store your package for a period of up to 10 days if you need extra time before having your package forwarded.
